- Foundational experience in basic Catholic Theology through college courses or adult faith formation opportunities.
- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree (in any academic field of study) is highly recommended.

- We recommend that you talk to your pastor or parish leader about your interest in the program and the needs of your local community.
- Complete the online application form (link here). Application deadline is September 12, 2016

Statement of Purpose: This one page single spaced essay should describe the applicant’s reasons for wanting to participate in the program, what the participant wishes to gain from the program, and how the participant hopes to use this training in future ministry. Please describe the type of start-up in which you might like to engage.
Standard Resume/CV: The Resume/CV should include all general academic, work, and volunteer experience. It should also highlight any and all theological or ministerial training and experience, as well as any service experience either volunteer or paid.
